We are sorry for the delay in the verification process.
We understand how annoying this must be. 
It was our manager's fault that you were not informed straight away that your address document doesn't meet our requirements.
Please accept our apologies once again and provide us with the address document issued on your name (utility bill, bank statement, address certificate, rent agreement). Please let us know when you upload an another adress document and we will review your ticket out of the queue.
If you only receive your bills or account statements electronically, we offer video call via the Skype software as an alternative method of verifying your identity and address. You'll have to print your electronic document and present its printed copy during video verification. It is also necessary that a webcam with good resolution is installed at your end. Our Skype contact for video verification is "moneypoloverification". We are online Mon - Fri 10:00 - 17:00 GTM+1. Please send us your email address in a Skype message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
