I send in my documents on the 6/11/2017. I have not got a response from Okpay support or Managers. I heard some persons waited more than 1 week, any word of why the process takes so long? Also is your card supported worldwide?

Waiting for your response.

Thank you!

Waited a week to get another automated message. Very rude service. Asking for same information. Not recommended and not worth the time. Cancel please!

Dear Donron W.,
We are sorry but there are the requirements that are the same for all customers.
You are required to provide :
1. Back side copy of your ID card in high resolution and quality.
2. Different address proof document per requirements above as the one uploaded is not readable and blurred.

Upload the file(s) to your OKPAY Personal Profile
We thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely yours,
OKPAY Team

Dear Donron W.,
We understand how annoying this must be.

It was our manager's fault that you were not informed straight away that your ID card doesn't meet our requirements (validation period is less than 6 months).
As your ID document is expired, you are still requested to provide VALID personality proof document, i.e. passport/ID card/driving license with the minimum validation period of 6 months.
Also, your ScotiaBank letter cannot be accepted as it does not feature its issue date.

We still ask to provide paper-issued utility bill, bank statement or residential certificate of 3 recent months with your full name, address and date.
Upload the file(s) to your OKPAY Personal Profile

Hope for your understanding

I uploaded my ID back side

There response again:

If this was a regulated company operating internationally they would know that all Jamaican ID with expiration 2017 is extended to 2019. Due to a new (NIDS) roll out.

Please cancel my account right now! Unprofessional service, not recommended.

Dear Donron W.,
As we said above, It was our manager's fault that you were not informed straight away that your ID card doesn't meet our requirements (validation period is less than 6 months).
Please accept our apologies.
You said that all Jamaican ID are extended, but we see the expiration date on your card ( 2017 ) and in your OKPAY profile (December 31, 2017).
Unfortunately, we can not accept this ID because of the requirements of our financial partners.
If you have no opportunity to provide us with another valid ID and address proof document, we suggest that you apply for verification later, when your documents are updated.
We remind you that having an account in OKPAY system is free of charge.
But if you still want to close your OKPAY account, you can do it yourself https://secure.okpay.com/close-account.
