My status is "Verified", but I can't do bank wire

My verification status is "Verified".   Today I wanted to test "Bank wire", but I can not. This message show for me on step number 3: "Only verified users can send money transfers.Please complete your OKPAY account profile and pass the verification process. "    Can you help me?
